Job Description

We are looking for full stack, frontend, and backend web developers with very strong Django experience. In this role you will be initially assigned to one of our product teams and help your team of 5-6 people build new product features!


Backend Python/Django candidates must have:

  • Strong experience with the Django Framework
  • Experience with Django Rest Framework
  • Experience writing test cases and TDD
  • Experience with MySQL or Postgres
  • Basic knowledge of SCRUM
  • Basic knowledge of Flake8 code quality
  • Frontend experience with ReactJS & Typescript is a nice bonus!

Expectations:

  • You’ll be expected to participate in daily SCRUM standups.
  • You’ll be committing code and opening Merge Requests every day. Our team deploys to production across our microservices often more than 10 times per day.
  • You’ll be writing code that passes linting (flake8) as well as high standards of code quality, including implementation tests and unit tests.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve product milestones and strong dev velocity.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A positive attitude :)

Team and Culture

We’re an agile, high velocity dev team of 25 people including backend, frontend, devops, and in-house UI/UX. Led by our CTO and Founder who speaks fluent English and Spanish, we create awesome products quickly, support our fellow team-members and challenge ourselves everyday. Our Director of Agency Success is Colombian American, which is one of the reasons we are choosing to build out our team in Latin America.


Salary Ranges

We compensate depending on experience level and skills as evaluated during your interviews and test tasks:

  • Junior to Mid-level developers: 2,000 to 3,000 USD/month
  • Mid-level to Senior Developers: 3,000 to 4,000 USD/month
