We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized SEO Account Support Specialist to support our account management and operational processes. This role focuses on ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, account managers, and clients while maintaining project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent writing and reading comprehension skills.
  • Proactive in driving initiatives with both internal team members and external account managers.
  • Comfortable working with basic data for report preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage task boards, including details, deliverables, due dates, and assignee assignments.
  • Prepare agendas for client meetings, including kickoff calls and monthly check-ins.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Communicate with external account managers to secure task approvals or updates.
  • Generate and manage orders and invoices.
  • Send and follow up on invoices with external account managers.
  • Update CRM pipelines for existing accounts.
  • Field and route Slack messages to appropriate team members at LinkGraph.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to maintain overall account health.
