We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead DevOps Engineer to support our hybrid cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS. As a leader in AI-driven SEO automation, Search Atlas requires a secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure to power our innovative platform and deliver exceptional user experiences.

This role focuses on:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, automated CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices tailored for GCP and AWS environments.
  • Managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability, security, and scalability of containerized applications.
  • Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform to streamline cloud resource provisioning and configuration across GCP and AWS.
  • Monitoring and improving system reliability and performance using tools like Grafana, Datadog, and Sentry for observability, alerting, and troubleshooting.
  • Overseeing database administration, including relational databases like PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch and ClickHouse, ensuring efficient data storage, indexing, and querying.
  • Developing and maintaining disaster recovery and failover strategies leveraging the capabilities of Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust development workflows, secure deployments, and streamlined infrastructure management.
  • Driving automation and innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies and DevOps tools into the cloud and application ecosystem.
  • Being highly available during emergencies, promptly responding to incidents to ensure minimal downtime and rapid resolution of critical issues.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years working across hybrid cloud environments including GCP and AWS
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration and GitOps workflows.
  • Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience with Database Administration for relational databases like PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch and ClickHouse.
  • Skilled in monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Datadog, and Sentry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a DevOps team, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational excellence.
  • Commitment to being on-call and highly available during emergencies to support mission-critical infrastructure.
