This role focuses on:
As a Research and Experiment Analyst within the Product Team, you will drive data-informed innovation to refine and enhance our SEO tools. Your role will focus on designing and executing experiments, analyzing their outcomes, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for product development. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our platform, ensuring it continues to deliver exceptional value to our users.

Key Requirements:

Collaborate with the Product Team to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
Designing and implementing experiments to validate hypotheses and evaluate product features.
Analyze experimental results to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Use statistical and data visualization tools to present findings to stakeholders.
Conduct research on user behavior, competitor tools, and emerging trends in global and multilingual SEO to provide insights that guide product roadmap decisions.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to integrate findings into product updates while advocating for a culture of experimentation within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related discipline); or 3+ experience in a relevant field.
Experience with SEO tools and methodologies, particularly in a multilingual context.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Experience with experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing and multivariate testing.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with product management frameworks and tools.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
