Responsibilities

Track ongoing hiring needs for the overall company, reporting to the Director of People Operations.
Post job descriptions through various platforms.
Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, postings, inbound leads, and outbound messaging.
Schedule and conduct interviews through Zoom.

Requirements

Prior experience with talent acquisition. Technical recruiting experience a huge plus!
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal.)
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships throughout the hiring process.
Highly organized - you’re the most organized person you know!
Experience using applicant tracking software preferred but not required.
